We’re Incorporated and Funded!

(Inc.)

Well it finally happened: LoyalCurve is now officially a business!  Even though we’ve been operating just like one for the past few months, the State of Delaware now recognizes us as a real corporation!  We also finalized and signed all the shareholder & investor agreements, which means we are funded.

Technically, this doesn’t change much.  We’re not going to arrange steering committee meetings, take out the private jets, or hire executive assistants quite yet.  However, we will have the peace of mind knowing we’re legally legit and can mark this milestone off the startup checklist.

So back to work for us.  Our focus continues to be product and customer development…those things that really make a tech startup a business.

Beta Website Launched

Guess what? Our beta website is up!  The homepage is still under development but we added some more pages to the site:

  • The About Us page is conveyed through a letter and tells our story, bios, and what loyalty means to us.
  • The FAQ page answers those questions we get all the time about what the LoyalCurve product is and how it will work.
  • The Merchants page shows some examples of what we can provide Merchants and why it matters to their business.

Now that we have some more information on our website, we can get moving on product development.  We just had a great Saturday “Just Do It” session to get our team psyched up and the product development plan squared away.

In the meantime, take a look at our website, sign up if you haven’t already, and give us some feedback (click the tab on to the right of the website):

Splash Page Released

We just released the splash page for our new and improved website.  We’re pretty excited about this website’s design because it has some personality to it.  Personality you ask, how so?

  • The denim background and wood accents convey comfort and familiarity.
  • Our new LoyalCurve logo is up top along with the classy “LC” wax seal.
  • Its overall look is clean and simple, just like our vision for the loyalty program.

So is the website done? Not at all.  But now that the design is up, you can get a deeper sense of what LoyalCurve is about. We hope you enjoy!

Our First Blog Post

Welcome to LoyalCurve, a customer loyalty web platform where merchants can reward their loyal customers. At LoyalCurve we believe in rewarding loyal people. For us, it’s more than points, daily deals, and punch cards – it’s about the connections people form with businesses.  Our goal is to improve these connections with a simple system that rewards customers the more you visit a store, buy products, and refer friends.

We’re really excited because we are building the business foundation of LoyalCurve as we speak.  We now have a dedicated team, investor, and mentors making this happen at an incredible pace.  We’re also in the process of incorporating and receiving an angel investment.  Meanwhile, we’re working on our new and improved website launching soon….so stay tuned.

Oh and one more thing: Happy Holidays from LoyalCurve!
